Nail Envy

I booked manicures and pedicures here for myself and my best friend as a treat. He is male and had never had these services before, so I was excited to introduce him to something relaxing and fun. The salon was very clean, which I appreciated, but the services themselves felt extremely rushed. Our pedicures started at 4:06 and were basically finished by around 4:20. There was almost no soak time, no callous removal, no massage, and no hot towels. My friend still had all of his callouses afterward and said nothing about the experience felt special or relaxing. That was disappointing since this was his first time trying any type of self-care service, and it was also meant to be a gift to me. His manicure was done by a tech who clearly did not want to be there, and my powder manicure was just the dip and a bit of cuticle oil—no hand massage or anything usually included. We didn’t get the chance to relax or enjoy it together at all. I found myself having to reassure him afterward that this is not how a normal mani/pedi should be. The cleanliness was the positive, but the rushed service and lack of basic steps really affected our experience. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and timing for future guests.

I want to give a shout out to Steve, with whom I have had 3 pedicures now. Each one has been consistently fabulous and professional. He does a very good pedi and a foot and calf massage to die for. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you Steve!

I make an appointment (recommended) and get taken on time. I don’t usually have to wait. The salon is clean and staff very professional.

I love this place! I went in again last night for a gel mani/pedi and had great service and love my mani/pedi. But at the end I witnessed such a nice work team. It was end of the shift and EVERY person contributed to cleaning up and sterilizing the whole place. I’ve never seen a cleaner salon! Everyone was laughing and having a great time. You can tell they enjoy working together. I highly recommend going there. And I’ve seen a couple poor reviews but I can’t help wonder if they called and told them about what happened because I feel like they would want to make it better and re-do the service. 🤷‍♀️ I haven’t had a bad experience yet.

They were so wonderful! The atmosphere was lovely, the basic gel pedicure was thorough, lovely, and so relaxing. I had a wonderful conversation with my technician.
