Wonder Nails

This is My 5th time going here. The lady that does my pedicure is very sweet and always does great. The ladies that do the manicure, Are very rude and unprofessional. Yesterday I went to take off my acrylics and do a regular manicure. There was no customers, And the lady did not soak my nails. She pulled out my acrylics, which is so bad for your nails. I was in the chair hurting the whole time and every time I would pull my nail away, she would talk to her coworkers in a different language about me. I always tip good because I’m a people pleaser, but it’s just really rude the way they act and talk about you like you’re not paying for the service. After tip I paid 52 dollars for a regular solid manicure and today my nails are already chipping away. They don’t clean the products they use after each customer, really unsanitary and unprofessional go anywhere else in Biddeford to do your nails, not here.

Today was the second time I’ve been to Wonder Nails. The first time I had Sandra and today I had Laurie. I have to say that they were both amazing!! They listened to what I wanted done and my nails came out perfect both times! I also had a Pedicure from Ann as well today and she dig a great job as well! I highly recommend Wonder Nails!

What I asked for vs what I got , absolutely terrible. Nail polish wasn’t applied correctly left gaps between my cuticle and polish. The polka dots resemble splatter more than they do dots. Pretty much my nails look like they were done in Biddeford

I've been going to Wondernails for 18 years! (Makes me sound old 🤣). Well I went a week ago today for a fill. I had their new girl which made me a little nervous but she did great, my nails were beautiful! Within the last few days I had 3 nails break. (I'm assuming the acrylic was put on too thin) I go today to get my 3 broken nails fixed and they cannot find the color I had on. They charged me for a full fill because THEY couldn't find my color and had to change the color on all my nails. $100 in a week for a fill? DONE! I've always sent people here, I've always spoke very highly of them but enough is enough.

Not very happy with the results. While the tech was very nice, the money I spent should have given me a much better result. It may be hard to see in the photos, but it looks like I need to fill already, and this is only after a week. I have never experienced this to any other salon. Not to mention two of my nails are already lifting. When I go to get my nails done, I usually tell the nail text no matter where I go that they might want to put on a little more glue than normal just in case. But like I said it's never an issue. I've never experienced this any where else. So I probably won't go back there and waste my $65 again.
