Serenity Nails Lounge

Went to serenity for the first time last week (Sunday). Typically frequent nail world, but gave this place a shot! I had a great pedicure, and the salon was updated and clean. However, my gel manicure is unfortunately not even close to as good as how my pedicure was. Typically, my gel nails hold about 2-3 weeks before getting them re done. This is grow out, not necessarily other issues. However, it’s only been a week as of today and all of my gel nails are lifting. I haven’t ever experienced this with gel in my life. The girl who did my nails did appear very young and sat in the back. Maybe inexperienced? Disappointed as I paid more than I typically would nail world. Not sure if I’ll return, just weird to experience this when it’s never happened before. Expensive nails should last more than a week :( Came back to update my review. I went back today and they were kind enough to redo my nails at no charge. They said the lifting was likely due to the base coat not curing completely. They look great. Thanks for fixing them. I will be returning for sure!!

Serenity Nails is great! I visit Maine and I’ve now seen Mia twice for a dip manicure. She does an awesome job! 🤩 She pays great attention to detail and is so sweet! I wish I was more local because I’d come more often. The salon itself is an attractive space and the other people who work there are nice!

Update… after just one week, my gel polish is coming off! I have had gel polish for years with no issues like this before! My tech was very kind and precise! She took her time to make sure my nails were done the way I wanted.

I looked on Googles reviews and saw that there was a couple of people recommending Mia so I booked an appointment with her and she did not disappoint. She did an amazing job. I’m super happy definitely will be coming back.

Beautiful setting - clean, bright, new pedicure chairs, easy checkin system. Staff was kind and friendly, and my walk-in was taken right away. Ricci was very nice and accommodated my request to have her show me how she did her hot towel wrap! She gave a great pedicure and excellent paint!! Will definitely be visiting this salon on a regular basis.
