This is how I left the salon after paying $248. Done by a stylist that claims to specialize in lived in blonding. Just to be treated like I was a huge inconvenience by the owner along with her rude comment about my lengthy email as to why I wanted a refund lol! Who wouldn’t want a refund when leaving with my hair looking so unprofessionally done! I suggest not going here.👎👎👎

Crystal made my mature (!) skin glow! She includes a shoulder & foot massage with her divine facials. So relaxing!!! Highly recommend her. Plus, the atmosphere was relaxing and so comfortable.

I got the opportunity to have a massage with Sandra today, it was such a nice and relaxing experience! Place is clean, welcoming and comforting. I came in and felt like I was at home and peace. Such nice people and great services!

Sandra was far and above the best massage I have ever had. She was extremely kind and engaging. She listened to me and provided exactly what I requested. The space was warm and inviting.

I booked a waxing appointment with Meghan Ringo and showed up on time, even though it was during my work hours. Unfortunately, Meghan wasn’t available when I arrived, and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes. I asked the receptionist how long it would take, and she couldn’t give me an exact time for when Meghan would be free. It’s really disappointing—they didn’t seem to value my time at all. If a previous client runs late, that delay shouldn't affect the next scheduled appointment. New customers shouldn't have to suffer for someone else's delay. I do not recommend this place based on my experience.
