2025-12-16This is how I left the salon after paying $248. Done by a stylist that claims to specialize in lived in blonding. Just to be treated like I was a huge inconvenience by the owner along with her rude comment about my lengthy email as to why I wanted a refund lol! Who wouldn’t want a refund when leaving with my hair looking so unprofessionally done! I suggest not going here.👎👎👎

2025-07-17I booked a waxing appointment with Meghan Ringo and showed up on time, even though it was during my work hours. Unfortunately, Meghan wasn’t available when I arrived, and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes. I asked the receptionist how long it would take, and she couldn’t give me an exact time for when Meghan would be free. It’s really disappointing—they didn’t seem to value my time at all. If a previous client runs late, that delay shouldn't affect the next scheduled appointment. New customers shouldn't have to suffer for someone else's delay. I do not recommend this place based on my experience.
