PALACE NAIL BAR

Heavy on the Bar part! I go here for my mommy relax time. I start off with a deluxe pedi & a mixed daiquiri. Once I'm feeling good, I get my eyes brows tinted and let them dry while I get my fullest done and sip on my refill. Once my nails dry, I go to finish my brows and wait for my husband at the full body massage chair! A hard working mama's heaven!

I have been going here for quite a while now. I had to make sure the service was top tier before I gave them 5 stars and They are!! Professionalism and quality care is given to each client as they enter. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seated and I’m always offered a choice of beverage and a snack. The techs that I do my nails are meticulous in achieving every style I present. I’m writing this because they deserve to be recognized as The Best all around Nail Salon in New Orleans.

It’s always a pleasure coming here. The environment is calm, nicely decorated and clean. Workers are really nice . 😊

My experience here was horrible . When in just after a day of going because my nails were chipping badly . When in for a return service and it went left . I was okay with letting them redo it . A second time . Guy had an attitude I offered to go somewhere else just refund me for the services that weren’t done correctly. He refused to give a refund and to redo the service . Asked for a manger he claimed he was . As a manager he should have handled the situation better than he did .

11/22/25 was my first time at this Nail Spa the ambiance And everything about this place, I loved!! From the complementary drinks and The owner was so nice and welcoming. She even gave my daughter and I gifts. My pedicure was above and behind. I love my nails my daughter Nails she loved them as well. I will be back
