2023-06-30Not really sure what to say. The experience was overall not bad but definitely something went wrong with the communication. I asked for a natural look and showed the picture from the other review with the kinda glossy natural nails and this is what I got. She did try and fix it by putting the pink top coat on but it didn’t really do anything. She did ask if I wanted a different color but I just declined because 1. I didn’t want to waste product 2. I didn’t want the chance of me not liking it. Everyone else has good things to say about this place though🤷♀️

2021-06-01*UPDATE 5/26/21* Mina was made aware of this review, immediately got in touch with me, apologized, reprimanded her employee and offered a refund. I was surprised at this response, but very pleased and satisfied. She made me aware that she was preoccupied with some personal issues that day and didn’t realize what was happening before she left. I really like Mina and Kim and have been going there off and on for 15 years. I will be returning as our differences were resolved today. Pictures of my nails coming soon. Mina and her staff really disappointed today. Make sure you understand their upsell and make sure they understand your budget. I was burned because her employee kept pressing my finger up against the light to rush my polish dry. And after being there for 2 hours, the same lady asked me to wait even longer so she can do a customer’s eyebrows that just walked in. I won’t be returning as they had a lot to talk about, especially after Mina left the shop. My nails were messy around the edges. She didn’t bother to clean them up. See pictures. Do better and treat ALL of your customers the same.

2023-03-02The salon has a very calming and relaxing atmosphere. Mina was the one who helped me, and I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted, and she helped guide me to get the perfect nails for an even that I’m having. She did amazing! I definitely will be going back!
