Kelly always does such an amazing job at doing my nails! I have put so many people onto Kelly and we all swear by her. She has such an amazing artistic talent and amazing at nail art!

This is my new nail salon!! After going somewhere else for eight years, I tried this salon being close to home. Since the first visit 4 months ago, ive been going to Kim and Tracy. The other Nail artists and owner are all super friendly and welcoming. Kim is awesome, she's good at art and also fast. Tracy is great, when polishing she's thorough, making sure polish is neat never too thick, between-visits (2-3wks) no nail lifting. It could be five before closing (7pm-first visit) and they say to come in! They were still friendly, and happy to make customer happy..bEsT CUSTOMER SERVICE I've seen in years.. I don't have a bad thing to say about this place- Everyone is FRIENDLY, big color selection, it's clean and they do GREAT NAILS!!!💅🏼

The only reason this would get two stars is because they stayed open later in the day than any other places, and some of the staff were cheerful and sweet. I was INCREDIBLY disappointed with the nails I got for many many reasons. - they soaked my old nails off in a big bowl of acetone instead of putting clips on my fingers. This resulted in my fingers completely drying out. I never have dry skin on my hands and my fingers almost look scaly with how damaged the skin it. - they were not careful in then removing the nails. I asked them to not trim my natural nails underneath, yet they were massacred. I attached a photo of the underside of two of my nails so you can see that one of my natural nails is completely ripped off, deep into the nail bed. - the acrylic they then put on, was unfortunately sloppy. Sharp bits I had to file off on the side of the nails later, and digging into my skin. - she filed them completely crooked. All the nails look like they’re leaning to the side. See photos attached. She was also very rough with the file. - I asked for the plastic tips to be shorter and she told me she would not do them any shorter. - Whatever nail tips she glued on are SO painful. My fingers were in so much pain yesterday as it was pulling at my nail beds. - she kept trying to make me change the color I chose. I wanted deep midnight blue with no glitter, and MULTIPLE times she switched it for a lighter and more electric glittery blue, and I finally gave up. - Horrid design. The whole painting experience was terrible. I gently asked multiple times for her to please adjust some of the lines, but I ended up giving up with my feedback because it was just unfixable. I asked for marble because I wasn’t impressed with her skills up until that point and I hoped that she could handle a simple design, and was very disappointed. - There were air bubbles in the paint and even paint on my skin. - I was the most upset when I pointed out a glob of paint on my fingertip and instead of using acetone or something, she tried to FILE it off. I told her to stop and then her second attempt was with a clippers. On my skin. She tried to cut the paint off my skin. Absolutely horrible. - I’ll attach my reference photo for comparison. - I’ve gotten my nails done a lot of places before, and this was genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had. So disappointed. - It also cost $80+ which I would have had no issues paying normally but I was just appalled.

Had an appointment scheduled for 330, showed up a little bit early and they were still able to take us right away. Environment was clean, staff were super friendly! I loved the color collection, and my toes look great!

Did a last minute walk-in for our first visit to this establishment. This was my daughter's first time getting her nails done and I let her go all out because it's her birthday. I also wanted to get a pedicure and chose to come here based on positive reviews instead of the place I used to go to as their most recent reviews weren't good. We were able to get in immediately. While I got a pedicure, my daughter explained what she wanted. The lady doing her nails came over and discussed price with me before doing it, which I appreciated because she wanted extras that added to the price. I received a basic pedicure with a design on my big toes. I couldn't decide between 2 colors. Without me asking, my lady painted each color on two toes so I could pick which one I liked better. She was super friendly and did an amazing job. I had lost a toe nail and she even made me feel better about it by explaining how long they usually take to grow back and encouraging me that the growth so far looked good. (This is why I won't be posting a pic of my toes, lol!) My daughter's full set was $75 with all the bells and whistles, and they were absolutely perfect. Perfect length for her first time and perfectly designed. The crazy part to me was that she was done before me. These ladies have skills...and we will be coming back for sure!
