2025-10-07I went in for the first time with 3 of my friends and we sat down to get our toes done and my friend pointed out a tattoo on my ankle and we were talking about it when the ladies doing my friends toes starts pointing and laughing at the tattoos on my legs. Can’t understand what they’re saying so I couldn’t really do anything about it. Then I went to get my nails done and the tech was pulling my wrists and arms, filling my nails SO rough. Slamming stuff down, I told her I get my nails done every 2 weeks and NO ONE had ever treated me this way.. After that she stopped man handling me after I said something. I pointed out mutiple times my nails were NOT straight. She said “are you gonna let me drill them” no matter the amount of drilling, it wasn’t gonna be straight Then she puts the acrylic on my nails so thick she spends the next 45 mins filing them down. And they are not straight. Not the design I wanted either. Not what I wanted at all. I feel like a velociraptor. Then I complain about the lady and I’m told she gets complaints all the time and you either like her or you don’t. Good luck!

2024-04-30Fun atmosphere, Liz is professional and I've seen her every time I've gone, and I enjoy how she engages conversation with me so it makes me smile and is well worth the nail visit!! 😉 She does an amazing job on my nails each and every time while keeping me entertained and for that I'm grateful! So when I walk in sporadically of course after making the appointment which they prefer it's a delight so thanks Liz for the positive experience!!

2021-06-301st time going was a success! The nail techs are very friendly and tell you which options are the best. I do not like acrylics as they tear up my nails so I got Dip Nails for the 1st time and they were very gentle and explained all of the pros and cons. I will absolutely be going back!
