First time in this clinic and won't be the last! From the initial phone call through the exam and treatment, everyone on staff was attentive, making me feel very comfortable, answering all of my questions. Dr. Falon and her assistant were both wonderful. They spent all the time I needed to answer all of my questions and discuss not only the treatment I was about to receive, but also questions concerning my current skin care and cosmetic regime. I can't wait to see the results of the treatment and recommendations for my new clearer and younger appearance! Dr. Falon encouraged bringing in what I'm using to see how to best use it or maybe try a few new products or no new products. I don't feel at all that she will try to push products on me.
