She says it’s the best customer service she has received in a nail salon in a very long time and she will definitely be back. Tracy carried on a nice conversation while doing her nails and even offered suggestions. Top notch service! Thanks Tracy!

Tracy was so pleasant and gentle, she took her time and did an amazing job and my nails and toes are gorgeous 🫶 I have to say I had a bad set so I needed a soak off…places don’t want to take the time to soak off anymore so they try to basically rip them off…not here! She removed them properly.

2025-11-17I have tried several nail salons in town and this one by far was phenomenal. I was greeted at the door, everyone was friendly, and I was talked to most of the visit. They listened to what I wanted and the nail art was better than the picture I brought. I will be back!

2025-08-24This is the best nail salon in the area! Everyone is super sweet! The salon is clean and beautiful. You have an option to book an appointment which is wonderful. I have visited their salon on Highland Rd in Baton Rouge for years and now this location is closer to me. The owner/manager Louis is professional and kind. Thank you for the great services!

2025-12-14I just want to say I had the best 5 Star service from the time I stepped into the salon Louis greeted me and then the husband and wife duo Jay and Tracey are the best ! They told me what service was best for what I was looking for and they took their time did not rush talked me the whole time what they were doing to my nails and feet I was kind of L Leary of going there because I was so use to going to my salon but it’s a distance from me now I purchased my home in pelican crossing and just wanted something close and give me the same 5 Star services as I was getting from previous spa I just wanted to say thank you Louis Jay and Tracey for being so AWSOME ! Will tell my family and friends that they must come and they will not be disappointed and the price was great for all the services I’ve got
