Merci Nails & Spa

I rarely get my nails done. Maybe about 10 times total, everywhere else I’ve gone they never get it right and have my nails looking bulky or something else would be wrong. Gave this place a try. This is the first time I received exactly what I asked for. Wanted something simple but birthday is tomorrow so wanted my age. Came out great. Will be back! Also good customer service.

I think I just found my forever nail salon!!! I’ve been to so many in the past years and none of them can compare to this one!! Unfortunately, I didn’t ask for her name (i forgot 🙁), but the nail tech did absolutely amazing! She took her time and focused on her work. I am in love with this nail set! Wonderful customer service and attitudes from everyone that works there. Will definitely become a regular customer here.

Even tho the nails look good I feel pretty much very scammed, prices should be discussed in this place before star any service because never in my life I paid so much for nails! I ask around with other nail artist and they point out few things: They put Gel x nails because it’s quicker and those require a quicker refill , those nails have already their own shape and length and they got the audacity to charge me for length and shape when they didn’t have to shape absolutely nothing or built no acrylic for length (I ask for acrylics but they change my mind to get gel x), I just ask for red Frenchies with stones on the nails, they are not even Swarovski and just for those stones get charged 85 dollars, I have been in many good nails places but never feel so ripped off like in this one, mind you the lil discount was for paying in cash.

I look at the photos online but never quite get that level of service. I've been consistently going to this nail salon for about 6-8 months now, and my very first time has been my best experience. I absolutely LOVED my nails and the girl that did them because she was so helpful. Since then I always seem to get the same older lady and when I sit down I have one idea until she continues to make other suggestions until I get something totally different. They are better than when I came in but nothing close to what I wanted. She is sweet, but I'll be requesting someone different next time. This is my fault for not sticking to what I know I want.

I discovered this amazing nail salon last month. I love that you can make appointments online. Kim is so good. She did a great pedicure today. I will be going back to see her again soon
