My nail lady( Kaylee) Did my nails and a chocolate chrome color and she is so precise it’s so good at what she does of hair and nails I would recommend anyone to her! I absolutely love you, Kaylee and you did the most incredible pedicure and manicure I have ever had! Thank you so much love you, Cherie

Rachel was great! She was welcoming clients, checking clients out, answering the phone and picking colors out all at the same time; not sure how she managed it all, but she did it with a smile on her face! Only complaint I have is the two older workers kept talking bad about Rachel, I ordered an earbud translator just for fun but it came in handy at my last appointment. Rachel helped a young client that had been waiting a while pick all of her colors then the nail tech did something completely different and told the client it looked better even though she was visibly unhappy with the color. Rachel explained to the worker the client wanted a specific color that had already been picked out. The two older ladies started talking in Vietnamese about how Rachel didn’t know anything and she should just let them do their jobs. Rachel tried to calm the situation down and keep the client happy as well. It’s unfortunate Rachel doesn’t get tipped out by the workers at the end of the day since Rachel does a lot for the clients and workers, that policy should be reevaluated. I personally tried tipping her and she refused to take anything from me. She’s a special lady and I hope she’s there to stay.

I walked in 30 min before closing. Not my typical behavior but circumstances only alloted me that time. Even then, I was greeted with friendly hospitality and care. It was a full shop and they still found a way to squeeze me in so I could feel special on my day. Needless to say, my nails turned out better than my reference photo! They are gorgeous and the photo does not do them justice! Thank yall so very much! I appreciate, beyond words, for my nail tech for staying past closing yet still not rushing and being meticulous to each nail. Worth every penny and more!

Very easy to schedule online, booked the day before and got in no problem! My mom and I went and both LOVED our nails as well as the people and atmosphere!! Mimi was FANTASTIC, so friendly and talented. Will definitely be coming back!!
