It’s the best in Lake Charles. Everyone is so kind. They work well together and provide great service. From the receptionist, JJ, to the nail technicians it’s great. I had Amy put in a new set today. And they are beautiful on these aging hands!

The customer service is phenomenal and Mr. Ryan always treats his clients like family. No matter what I’m getting done, I walk out satisfied. 100% recommend Camellia for anything and am always blown away by the attention to detail and friendliness from all the staff.

I’ve been here a few times before leaving an honest review. The service really depends on the technician you get — if you walk in, good luck! I’d suggest finding someone you like and sticking with them. This visit was a mixed bag: my pedicure was done at the speed of light (literally) with what felt like the dullest file in Louisiana. The manicure, though? Probably the best I’ve had here. What threw me off was the surprise “nail trimming” charge — something that was never mentioned. The fee isn’t the problem; It’s the lack of communication that stings. I wish it was mentioned. That’s all. I actually do recommend this place because it is clean and somewhat quiet. They do have good technicians. As I said, find yours and keep going. I’m already waiting for their reply — can’t wait to be told how this is somehow my fault. 😆

I have been going here quite a while now, and i have to say Tina is the absolute BESTTTTTT🤩!!! i had a problem with some polish that was not drying i went back 3 times and she fixed them every single time and even changed the color for me with no problem. Everyone there is so kind and i highly recommend it! best service and atmosphere.
