2025-11-29i’ve been going to QT for over a year on and off to get my nails done and i’ve been treated so well each time, but this past experience i had was a little disappointing. i’m usually big on trusting the process when it comes to my nails, but my nails came out nothing like my inspo pic, and i found broken skin on the underside of my nail. i love QT and it will always be my go-to place but this past experience did not live up to my expectations

2025-07-22Im not going to give a super low rating because i have been a customer here for a while and had more good experiences than bad. As of lately though it seems like the quality of service is just isnt the same. I was one of the first client to arrive and this was how my pedicure was done. No shine, not evenly painted and it almost look like on my big toe you could see through the paint. I could not go through with getting my hands done so I paid for the pedi and left. The pedicure itself was not all that good either. Hot stones were not hot and the towels were warm 😕 .. It was just not a good experience. This is my 3rd time being serviced like this and I think its time for me to move on to a different nailshop now. Thanks for the good experiences QT and I hope you guys improve I ended up going else where and getting serviced(white nails).

2025-10-08I came here a few years back and got serviced, I was not satisfied with my nails. It was my first time, first impression. This was my first time back in about 5 years, and I was blown away. My stylist did her THANG. ATEEEEE DOWNNNNN🩷 This is my favorite set I have ever gotten in all the places I’ve been serviced. I showed my stylist a photo from Instagram for reference (left), told her to do her thing and she did it (my nails are in the photo on the right)!!! Book with my girl Haleigh, she’s the only face I wanna see when it’s time for a refill now lol. And can we talk about her shaping?? That apex?? Peak❤️

Well they all are but she’s the only one does my service. Since coming here I am now a member of the Vietnamese culture… We’re all now family & they will treat you like family too, always making sure You walk out smiling and enjoying the service while you there .
