I addressed this directly while in the salon, so there’s no need for a polite follow-up message. The way this situation was handled reflects extremely poor customer service. Frankly, the one star is generous. Save the response because the issue was not addressed when I was in the "business".

2024-06-11I’ve been coming to this nail shop for months and I’m extremely happy. They care about their customers and the health of their nails. I was a regular getting acrylic fills and they told me when to get a soak off. I have the dip and it’s more natural and healthier for my nails. They know my usual color and keep a clean area.

2025-06-15I went in to get a full set and pedicure. The pedicure only consisted of filing the nails then painting them ( no soaking or anything). My nails color turned out great but the nails themselves feel super thick and have bubbles i can push around.

They are very talented !!❤️Pic I wanted and the one I got . Love them !!!🥰 READ BELOW⬇️ 2025 now , I moved 5 hours away and will drive occasionally there to get my nails done because Ill go anywhere else the workers can’t do them how I like them. I have been going since late 2022. Love the place MOST GO!!!

Last visit made me decide not to ever return They did not do the pedicure I asked and paid for from their menu and no real reason or apology given Also color of nails my granddaughter requested and asked if they could do and was told they could was wrong. Prices seem to be escalating and service declining so finding a new spot.
