2025-02-20So I Always Heard Wonderful Compliments About Cindy’s. I Decided To Give Them A Try Since My Nail Tech Move Outta Town. I Been There A Total Of Three Times And Each Time I Encountered Tha Same Problem Which Is Tha Nail Popping Up. After Tha Third Time I Decided To Let My Nails Rest Cause Something Didn’t Feel Right. Well As You Can See This Isn’t Rite. I Was Also Told That Tha acrylic Was To Thick🤦🏾♀️

2022-05-06The end result was coo but the service and the time it took could definitely use improvement. I spent 3 hours just trying to get a full set and padi. Thank God I had the time and needed to get my nails taken care of. Also I asked a simple question..."Are you going to file down the back of the nail?" That got me an attitude from the nail tech saying he's done this for 17 years and he knows what he's doing! Thanks for making my nails look good however I will NOT be back given the service and the chunk of my day now gone!

2024-07-02The Older lady did my husband feet and we asked for a clear coat twice for his feet and never received it! I then proceeded to get my nails done and aksed for a design the lady did it and I was satisfied but she took it off did not ask my opinion or anything and I was pissed I will never go back. They got to us immediately as we walked into the establishment but it took forever to receive the services they do a lot of cross contaminating going from client to client not washing hands in between which also cuts into service time!

2023-05-10I showed the nail tech a design that I wanted and she did an okay job. My nails were very thick from all of the acrylic that was layered on. There was so much acrylic on my nails that my cuticles were covered in acrylic. The nails could have been shaped better as well.
