2025-03-12I tried to do the right thing and give them a chance to mix what they messed up. And they charged me 20$ for them to fix their mistake. I wanted matt black too red ombre (inspo picture in photos) they started doing matt put a gloss over it. Then when I asked if it was going to be matt they just put a matt layer over the gloss. I let go of the fact the polish looked nothing like the inspo picture. Then two days after having them done they started chipping. Pictures go in order from inspo, what I got, the chipping, then what they did today to fix it that they charged me for. It was the first and second time I've done to this salon and I will not be back
