Sophia is Rochester's best kept secret. I relocated to Rochester over two years ago from La Crosse WI and was commuting back and forth Just to get my lashes done.. I stumbled across Beauty Mark Studio and OMGEEE the best find ever...Sophia is professional and personable.. She does amazing work.. She takes her time and her technique is unmatched..I have been getting my lashes done for ten years + and never have I had this kind of retention.. I literally can go over three weeks before my next fill and even then it's just to make it full look again, it's never scarce Looking. So glad to find my lash home.

I have been seeing either Joey or Sophia monthly for the past year for either a deluxe pedicure full set or fill I have no complaints ever my nails last a whole month with no lifting and they're strong and durable and I get compliments on my nails all month long the price is more than reasonable for the work that they do also they're great company while they work with you !!! It's literally an all in one spa stop facials,lashes ,waxing I'm here for it all!!!

It started off really good and the nail tech was very professional and nice then she started rushing when her next client was about to come and my design came out looking super rushed. I told her she can do her own thing with them because she seemed good and she was taking her time. But when her next client showed up she sped to get done with my nails. I asked for cheetah print and I ended up getting " leopard print " that ended up now looking like a whole bunch of random dots and lines to me. Accidentally told her it looked okay after she did the design on one nail then she made me feel guilty for telling them I didn't like it and wanted something I liked. And that it " won't always come out like the picture". Didn't expect the complete opposite.. I'm now on my way to another nail salon so they can fix my design.

Genuinely impressed with how long my lashes have stayed on! It’s been well over a week almost two and they are SURVIVING!! I have been in multiple lakes, I work outside in the woods and I’m not seeing any fall off STILL!! So happy with them

The people who worked here were so lovely and my mom and I loved chatting with them. Our nails turned out great.
