Allie was awesome. She took a lot of time and listened to me. I love my hair!!

First of all, no one should have to come fresh out of any hair salon, crying, and have to go to Sally’s to pick up supplies to fix it. Attached are two reference photos, and three photos of how my hair turned out. The top and bottom are completely different shades, on the top looks straight orange, and on the bottom the actual color I intended on getting. The red color (as shown in the reference photo) was supposed to stop around the ear, but ended up being my whole top section and was on the ends of my top section of hair?? I also asked for a touch up on my side swept bangs that I had, specifying that I wanted it to be face framing pieces (not bangs) and ended up with straight cut bangs.. As someone who’s never been to a salon and was looking forward to this because it was my birthday of all days, i was so disappointed… oh and this cost me $250. $250 for a bad dye and cut, plus almost $100 in supplies from Sally’s to fix the mess up.

A previous salon had colored my hair too dark, and had taken off all my length, so when I went to EJ’ and met with Jenny I wasn’t sure what we could do. She listened well, made a plan and everything worked out perfectly. She put a smile back on my face. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone needing expert color and stylist to take care of their hair.Jenny has a very welcoming personality. She works hard, and best of all she wants you to be happy when she is finished with her services.

Tyler and Jenny are THE BESt!! They make every appointment an amazing experience!
