I had the most wonderful experience at Charming Nail Bar & Lash! I booked the Organic Pedicure, Gel Builder manicure, and Eyebrow Wax, and let me just say my nail tech, Daisy, was a gem! The pedicure was heavenly. Daisy took her time with the foot and leg massage—it was so soothing, I nearly fell asleep! For my nails, I chose the Gel Builder instead of acrylic, and I’m so glad I did. It feels much more protective of my natural nails and allows for easy fills every few weeks. Daisy was so precise and professional—other techs even paused to admire her work, which says a lot. We wrapped up with an eyebrow wax. I already know I’ll be adding brow tinting to my next visit. As a cherry on top, my boyfriend couldn’t stop raving about how great my nails looked! 🥰 Needless to say, this is officially my new go-to spot for regular maintenance. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend and will not be back. I came in to get a design on my nails. I showed them the design that I want and asked if they could do it. They assured me that it would be no problem! I go sit down and show the nail tech what I wanted. He also assured me that he could do it. He starts the base which is a nude dip. Then starts the design with a gel. I see from the beginning that he is struggling… I zoom into the picture and try to show him more detail and give suggestions of how I think he could accomplish it. He nods and act like "oh yeah I can do that". Then he struggled some more and finally says he can't do it. I say ok and I ask if he can do a different, simpler design to which he says that he can… And then I see him still struggling to accomplish it. I look at the time and I've been there for over 2hrs and realize, I'm out of time and ask if he can just paint them a solid color. He kind of huff at me and says that he can and then he proceeds to SLOP on a gel polish over my dip nails. They are bumpy, streaky, super thick and just look horrible! He did apologize for not being able to do the design, but also kept making passive aggressive comments about saving time while painting my nails. The technician should have been honest about his capabilities from the start, and I would've picked a solid color, no problem… Now, not only did I not get what I originally went in for but I wasted time, got a sloppy product and rudeness in the end. I paid $85 for this! No thank you. I will not be back.

ANTHONY IS DA BOMB! Love love love the appointment availability, and the cleanliness of this facility. This is my fourth manicure here using dip and I just got chrome for the first time. It was awesome.

Beautiful salon!!!!!! Nick is amazing. Fast and perfect nails every time. Definitely recommend!! Got my nails done for my birthday and I'm so happy I chose this place. The best acrylic set I ever got.
