2025-08-24My son and I have been clients of Karie's at Planet Salon in Frankfort for many years! She saw him through his wiggle years and ushered him into his teens. I trust her completely with both of our hair- and I just love my time in her chair. The new location can come with some parking challenges and feel loud, but be mindful of that when booking and you will be OK! The atmosphere is welcoming, the price is very fair. I imagine I'd feel confident with most stylists there, and feel confident the salon would make it right should something go wrong. Everyone is always kind when we visit, and now that my son is going on his own he seems to still have the same experience.

2025-10-16I had my hair done today. I showed a picture exactly of the colors that I wanted Red was one of the colors never had a speck of red in my hair when I walked out of there. I just don’t understand it. I don’t know if it’s because it wasn’t the right colors she used my hair didn’t take for the red, but it’s nothing like the picture showed, just disappointed
