Gelli Nails

I LOVE this shop and my nail tech! The shop is so bougie and Sophie does exactly - EXACTLY - what I ask her to and never makes me feel like what I want is boring or uncool. Their prices are competitive and I always get an appt when I need one. I’ve never had lifting or peeling or tearing or anything - except beautiful nails. And check out these fall beauties! Highly recommend this shop!

I went in for nail extensions and requested a specific design that the technician confirmed he could do. What I received was an epic fail. When I pointed out the difference, I was told it was “the same” design, just adjusted because my nails were short — so the chrome tip wasn’t done as thick as in the picture. That was not my request. I didn’t ask the technician to make an arbitrary decision; I asked for the same design. On top of that, the color was not light, silver chrome and colorful like the reference photo shared but simply navy blue/black with subtle sparkle tips. I was even told that once I went outside in the sun, it would “look the same” — but there’s no way it could, because it was not the same design at all (see first and second images shared). These were completely different, and when I pointed it out, I did not feel the support from the staff as being a valid complaint. While they did eventually change it, the money I spent was not worth it, especially considering they already look worse for wear by day 4. Lastly, my cuticles were not properly manicured — no nail soak, no pushing them back prior to applying tips and polish. The entire process felt backwards. To make matters worse, I paid $173.50 for both the mani and pedi. I honestly feel I was overcharged for the error they caused. Note, I had gone to this place several times before, but this experience has given me serious pause and I will not be returning.

I went to Gelli Nails for the first time today and I am so happy with them! I am.so sorry I didnt get the young man's name that did the service but he was wonderful. Their prices are sensible and the salon is clean and very pretty. I have found my new salon!

I’ve been going to Gelli Nails for a couple years now and always always have wonderful service. The staff are all very good at their job and very friendly.

Really nice and clean place. Kind people who work there. Me and my friend went to together and they a great job and they were pretty fast. I had the wonderful Quinn, she’s really good and fast. Really sweet and listened to any concern I had. She does amazing shapes, definitely recommend her.
