2025-08-09I am updating my original review from two stars to five. After a less than ideal first experience, I was invited back to fix my dip manicure. Athena did a fabulous job (she was not my tech on my first visit)- she was kind, took her time and a week later my nails still look great. The willingness to fix a mistake and the great customer service go a long way for me! Pic is after a week of wear, and I work with my hands a lot. I’ve been back time and time again and have continued to receive quality work.

2025-08-10I had my nails done at another salon about a week before coming here; I had tips with dip powder but the dip was applied so thick that my nails looked unnatural and three of them had already popped off. I called Urban Polish and they were kind enough to squeeze me in the very same day. When I came in, I explained that I just wanted the old nails removed and told them exactly what I was looking for. They absolutely nailed it! This is honestly my favorite my nails have ever looked. I’m now on week two and there’s minimal grow-out, zero lifting and they still look super natural — not thick at all. Urban Polish has definitely earned a returning customer in me!
