Max Nails on Kruse

I’ve always loved max nails and said they’re the best salon I’ve ever been to, but I can’t say the same anymore :( I went to the new location, all of my nails were crooked and different sizes (I asked for square French tip), so I made an appointment at the original location for when I needed a fill. I added a picture of what I wanted vs what I got. I’m not super disappointed in the ombré but I am with the shape. Asked for coffin and they’re again all different. The first time I paid $80 for a full set that were all crooked, and this time I paid $67 for a fill. They look fine from afar, but it’s still upsetting after paying so much :((

I have been coming to Max Nails for around 4 years. I usually go once or twice a month. Hands down my favorite nail salon in Lake Oswego. The staff are kind and caring. I never feel like I am overcharged for the services I get. My gel nails last weeks! I will forever be a customer here!

Always have a great experience here. The gel mani/pedis last for weeks. Got my wedding acrylic nails done here and they looked amazing. Tons of salons around me but I'd rather make the 20 min drive to come here

I called Nail Lounge to purchase a gift card as a stocking stuffer for my daughter for Christmas and Lenny helped me maneuver through their website to order the gift. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They will have my business forever!!!

So happy they could get me in Jenny just Had a hard time she did too much filing and nothing straight very sweet hard language barrier won’t be back because the price is way to much 80 for so so work is crazy but I should have asked, every other tech offered their clients drinks not me but ok
