Not good! Not at all what I wanted!! The lady was rude kept yanking my hands around like I was an inconvenience! I booked for 1 pm and they finally got me in at 1:25 after doing brows before me even tho I was there first and they didn’t have an appointment! They just wanna make a quick buck! I thought I was spending $50 tops but ended up paying $70 for something so simple’ Also I wanted gels and she did acrylics! Pic below of what I wanted vs what I got!

I love this place! Been going for over a year now for manicures and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Annie, Curry, and Bobby are so kind and will make sure you leave happy. My advice is to book appointments because they fill up fast, for good reason. I’ve had gel manis last for 4+ weeks.

This is crazy!!! We walked in this nail salon and stood at the door for 2 minutes as the techs looked up at us like we weren’t standing there before the guy says “Can I help you?” I said yes, we both would like pedicures. My 86 year old grandmother was excited to get a pedicure because she hasn’t had her feet done since we moved her here from San Antonio because she fell, broke ribs and was in critical health with COVID. She’s finally healed enough to get out of the house so we came in here to get pedicures. There were 4 techs on duty… 3 doing nails, and 1 doing a pedicure… they all had people who they were taking care of but no one offered us a pedicure chair to sit in (remember I said there was one doing a pedicure but there 4 empty pedicure chairs). My grandmother can’t stand for long and “No” they don’t know that but normally the one doing the pedicure would tell you to sit in an empty chair but she didn’t. That’s fine we patiently waited… but while we were waiting, a Caucasian lady walks in 5-10 minutes after us, she Checks in and comes and waits beside us now we’re all waiting for about 2 minutes (might I add that we are African-American) and they stop what they’re doing and go start filling the tub in front of one of the chairs, points to her, and tells her to sit down in the chair… while we’re still waiting. Now I try my best not to make things be about race but what else am I supposed to think? When they see me grab my granny’s hand and hear me tell her let’s go and they see us walking out, one lady gets up and goes to a chair and points for us to take a seat… I told her “No thank you. We’ll go somewhere else. Thank you.” If you’ve been here you know when you check in there’s no option to say if you have an appointment… it’s first come first serve so why did they seat her before us and only try to seat us as we’re walking out? The lady that came after us didn’t speak to anyone, they didn’t greet her as though they knew her… they just automatically took her to a chair first. 😤 I’m so sick of bad customer service. Even though the lady that tried to ask us to sit, was very nice, I just refuse to pay people to treat me badly. I wasn’t rude to her… I didn’t get loud or obnoxious… even though at that point I was annoyed. I will not be coming back! We drove all the way from Fort Riley to come here because the last time I came when there was no one else in their shop except them and me, everyone was nice and I assumed that was the norm. But obviously not the case. 😩 The last time I came, when I thought they were super nice, I tipped the lady $40 after getting the $65 Deluxe plus a design and paraffin added and was prepared to do the same today. I will just wait til I go back to Oklahoma for Thanksgiving to get my feet done professionally and I’ll use my foot spa at home to maintain them till I get there.

I love my nails! The people are soo nice, they helped me choose the right colors to compliment my skin melanin! I really don't get my nails done often but when I do go they NEVER disappoint! The colors just POP! ✨💕 BTW- I got gel nail polish💅🏾

My Best Friend and I came in as a walk-in. They told us it would be an hour but got us in in 30 minutes. We both got manicures and pedicures. Vu did mine. I was blown away by how much time and care he took to make sure my nails looked great! Tee did my best friends toes and Joanna did her nails and they both did such an amazing job as well. I honestly think Vu is now my manhattan nail tech. I tried luxury and I didn’t like how they did my pedi so I’ll be back to Da Vi’s for sure .
