I visited this salon recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The manicure I received was not done professionally at all. The cuticles were barely touched and not properly trimmed, and the polish was applied unevenly with visible gaps near the edges. even the color from the previous nail polish remained on the nails. Overall, it felt not worth the money I paid. I had to fix my nails at home afterwards, which was frustrating.I'm looking for something else that will be professional.Thank you for your reply, but if you really cared, you wouldn't have directed the information to me in your review -so I could contact you. You could have simply written or called me directly. The answer is under the Google reviews so it looks good. Nails are trimmed, you have nail clippers. And filed. No edges or squared-off tips are left. The polish isn't evenly applied, as you can see in the photos. I've been wearing nail polish for 20 years, so I think I know what I'm talking about. You don't leave the previous color of polish on your nails. I think it's incredibly unprofessional, and the answer isn't directed at me, but at the people reading the reviews. I could send you pictures of what the nails look like when they're done correctly. That's why I'm changing it, and I'm giving you one star. And what's more, there's a lot of dust on the lamps in the pedicure room, and the chairs in the back are so dusty you could hardly hang a sweatshirt on them. The manicure tables are dirty. A more thorough cleaning would be helpful. For a beauty salon, cleanliness is paramount. If necessary, I can provide photos of lamps with a thick layer of dust.

I had a fantastic experience at this salon! Buffy is professional, friendly, and took the time to really understand what I wanted. The cut and color turned out better than I imagined, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I appreciated her attention to detail and how she explained how to style and care for my hair at home. I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Brandi(Clark). When I leave her she always makes me feel beautiful. She is the best listener and her precision skills with the scissors and the color are amazing. She's professional but yet kind and so down to earth. And she is always smiling. I've been going to her for many years. And will be coming back for many more!!
