Yolo Nails

$50 manicure for two of us. Spent less than 3 minutes unevenly clipping his nails. Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Polish came out uneven and lumpy. Staff was very short and snippy with us both. Highly disappointed

I came into the salon looking to get my acrylics off. I had never visited before but I decided to give it a chance since it is closer. I just thought it would be a quick and painless removal than doing it myself. I sit down and they don’t give me anything to soak my nails into to soften them. I could tell the man doing my nails was in a hurry as he had another client coming in soon. He then proceeds to grab another acrylic nail and start prying them off with this acrylic nail. He proceeds to cut a corner off of my nail and then shove the acrylic under it to pry it off. I ask him does this damage my nail as I had seen online this is never the correct and safe way to remove acrylics. He responds with no it will not. You can tell that the other tech beside him is kind of looking uncertain about what he is doing. As the process goes on it is highly uncomfortable and in the process he proceeds to cut into my actual nail on a couple of my fingers which he glues and just moves past. After this painful process he asks if I want them cut to which I decline because at this point I just want to leave. ( I later cut them when I got home). I understand having a walk in and being in a hurry to fit in the most clients but I would have much rather waited and had them removed correctly instead of having damaged nails and being in pain.

I stopped by here today because a previous nail place did a really bad job. Diane was so nice and so helpful! I am so thankful for her help and I will 100% be back as a customer. Everyone was very friendly and very understanding. Highly recommend!

2024 - Update. Very disappointed with my services. Last time I visited, my gel pedicure seemed rushed and my feet were left still rough feeling. I gave the business the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they were just having a bad day. I went back today and a second attempt to get a gel pedicure and my heels were left even more rough than the last time. They only spent 30 minutes maximum on me for a gel pedicure. The gel looks okay but not the greatest. Their attention to detail and customer service has declined. This is sad because this is the closest salon to me and I will have to take my business elsewhere. Photos are included (heels and purple gel). 2023 - 10/10 recommend. I got a gel pedicure and am happy with the service I received. Emily was a great nail tech, she asked me every step of the process if it felt ok, if the color looked good, etc… Will return! Only complaint is to the man that I made my appointment with — he did not tell me they only accept cash or check. I’m glad I looked at reviews prior to going, or I wouldn’t have had a method of payment. Be sure to bring cash! The salon was clean, and prompt - I was taken back within minutes of my appointment time. I’ll be back for future pedicures. Photos are included (Blue color).

Thank you for doing my nail polish look great. My customer looks my hand and say beautiful..even my service not cost much But after done I have the gift from YoLo nail. I love it .. Everyone who wants nice and satisfying service come here.
