N.5 Nail Bar

I absolutely love the ambiance of the place. The chair’s are nice for a massage while I wait for a hard-working technician to come work their magic. My 10 year old has been there twice now and is adamant that we keep coming back for more. I love that as a nurse I do not want to get manicures…this is the first nail salon that I’ve been to where I feel like I’ve been understood and not pressured to do that.

I recently visited N.5 for a manicure, and unfortunately, the initial experience wasn’t up to par. The manicure didn’t include the usual care—no cuticle removal, no dead skin exfoliation, and it also chipped quickly. However, when I reached out to the salon, they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They brought me back in promptly, and Ben went above and beyond to fix everything. He took the time to do a thorough job, and my nails now look fantastic. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and how they handled the situation. If you visit, definitely ask for Ben—he’s wonderful! Before and after photos below!

I called in the afternoon to see if they could fit me in for a fill on my current tap gel set that was done at another nail salon. They ended up fitting me right in with Ben. I expressed to him my concerns about my current set and what I didn't like about them. He reassured me he would make them look like I wanted. I showed him a picture of the design I wanted. He took his time and made sure with every step that I was happy with the way they were looking. The design he did was exactly like the picture I showed him! I am beyond happy! I went ahead and booked my next appointment with him in 2 weeks. I will not be going anywhere else to get my nails done anymore. 10/10 recommend! 👌

I love Nail.5 Bar!! They’re so friendly and kind and reasonably priced. I recently did a design on my nails for the first time, and Ben did a phenomenal job!!! Even better than the picture! I’ve also received services from Tina, Tracy, and others and they do such a great job. I’m always happy with how my nails come out. Thank you you all so much! I started going here about 2 months ago after a friend treated me when I was going through a hard time. I loved how the techs were friendly and got my nails perfect and have gotten them perfect every time since. I’ve had a hard time in the past finding a good to place for my nails. So much so I stopped getting them done, now I’m back to treating myself every two weeks.
