Showed up around 1pm to cut my girlfriends hair today and Haley did an awesome job. We kept switching hair salons a lot and this will be our go to spot now. Nice atmosphere and everyone was kind to us. We'll be coming back in the future for more haircuts

Our family LOVES Ionic! Everyone is so friendly and fun. We try to get in with Haley and can usually get in within a couple of days, but Mika and the other ladies are just as amazing. I’ve also had eyelash extensions with Lacey and maaay have fallen asleep it was SO relaxing. Our family has been going to Ionic since before they opened in their current location. Love the atmosphere, with the artwork and the way they have the stylists’ stations set up! Very cool. Walk-ins welcome! 🤗

Gotten my hair done here in the past,was happy with the results. Went recently,spent $110.00 for full head of highlights and the underneath was not touched. Went back and nothing was done,just bullshit talk.

I went to ionic salon a year ago. I just moved down here and I wanted to check it out. Well Mika messed my hair up. It was uneven and not how I wanted it. Even showed her a picture of how I wanted it cut. I didn’t say anything this time. But my barber recently moved away. So I went back to see if it got better. And I got the same lady. Showed her how I wanted it with a picture and told her about how I remember her from last time she cut my hair. And she didn’t take it well at all. She ended up having someone else cut it. And the lady still messed up my hair. So on the finding a new place to get my hair cut. And I am a very loyal customer. You treat me right I will come back for a life time! But never again will I go back. Lesson learned and I hope she can help someone else better than she helped me. I hope her future customers get better experience than what I had. Good luck guys!
