Nails Beautique and Spa

I love this place. Truly the best kept secret in Saint Charles! My favorite place to go. They can do anything. Fall nails, to back to school, to any occasion or just feeling like pampering yourself. I adore this place and all the individuals who work here! Hard working, clean, efficient. Also, yes to getting pedicures done here they are very attentive to details and make you feel relaxed!! I’ve done dip, gel x and poly gel. They keep my nails healthy and always suggest what is best for my nails.

Long review: Today I visited Nails Beautique Spa, as I have before, but was treated as if I was inconveniencing them. I called ahead and made an appointment for a full set with a Halloween design. I asked if they could do a design I brought an image of and was told they couldn’t, which was fine. Then asked if they could do another, which they couldn’t…still fine. Finally, I compromised and just picked a plain paint in two colors and asked for some fun Halloween designs on each nail (spiderwebs, ghosts, something fun). They seemed really annoyed with me at this point. They did spiderwebs on two nails, which didn’t turn out great, then said they couldn’t do ghosts. They ended up switching with another employee to do the ghosts, which turned out cute. I was then asked in a tone “Is that it?” At this point I was so worn down by the disposition of both people that I just said, “Yea, I guess so.” I received an eye roll. Then when the first person returned he said “I thought you wanted more ghosts?” I said I was good and would like to pay. I was trying to just get out of there. The he asked her something in their language and she said loudly (this is small place so everyone there looked, and I was horribly embarrassed) “She said she was good!”, then, “You said you were good!” Again I said I “was good” and tried to just leave. I paid for the extra cost of the designs and tipped 20%. I was then told that if I want a design I need to send it to them before I come in, which wasn’t told to me when I called for my appointment. Today I really needed a treat for myself, and I was so excited to get my nails done for the first time in a long time. Halloween is my favorite holiday and I was hoping to have fun. Sadly, none of that happened there. I will probably have to go somewhere else to have the design fixed on the spider webs.

First experience here this evening and I LOVED IT! I booked just for a pedicure but was so pleased I was ready to book my manicure and Lannie accommodated me and did it same day! She is so gentle with your toes and removing hangnails or misshaped nails deep into your toe. I didn’t feel thing! It was amazing! She is also so very polite! I wanted basic mani/pedi and there was no guilt trip into something more like you get from most nail salons. I will definitely be back! And best of all….my nails are now pretty! 💚💙

I chose this place because their pictures looked the best and they had the best reviews and let me say I have not been disappointed! The people here are so genuinely nice, the place is small but so charming and comfortable, i definitely made the right decision by coming here. Just a note they do prefer you make an appointment but believe me you won’t be upset you did!! Not only have I for my nails done , but I also got my eyebrows shaped and a wonderful pedicure!!! I will continue to be a return customer and I hope you will give them a try too!!!!

I’d like to start off by saying Lila is great! I just moved to MO and have been on the search for my go to nail place and my girl that’s gonna have my hands looking great and today my search has come to an end. I showed her a photo and she recreated it beautifully, I was so happy I could literally cry! I went to 3 other shops in and within STL and I left unhappy at them all. She’s been doing nails for 18 years and has owned her shop for 3 years, she’s super personable as well.
