Diva Nails Harvester

I love this location! It is very clean and organized with very comfortable mani & pedi chairs. They are fairly priced and always manage to squeeze me in! I have been here several times and everyone is very kind and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Diva Nails at Harvester to anyone!

Worst salon in st charles..Don’t waste your money by going there.very bad customer service. Hostile, unprofessional and giving attitude when asked to fix . Even they don’t have colors what you ask. I have been to many salons but this one is the worst. I asked them to do what is there in the first picture and they did what you see in the picture..

I brought in some photos of some pet themed nail art, and B did an excellent job! She helped me sort through them and pick out the cutest designs and placement.

Unless you wanna pay to be poorly treated I would not recommend Diva Nails, when I was completing my pedicure one of the gentlemen owners rudely asked abt paying extra for gel paint which was already something I had communicated with the nail technicians. Again for the manicure I asked for few colors and they did not have much options. Originally they quoted 35 but eventually charged 45 with an explanation that it’s multiple. Lastly at check out the owner lady was out right rude and refused to own the side of amount quoted, merely wanting to encash the money and did not want to communicate which is utterly unprofessional. The only silver lining was the nail technician who was cordial and did his job decently

I went here to get a pedicure. I chose the least expensive one which I believe was around $35. When I got to the front my total was almost $70 a the woman who rung me up could not speak English well enough to tell me why. I paid for my services without issue but I will not be back. Do not add on services without telling people it costs extra and please only have people working the register who can explain what we are paying for. Very scammy.
