Jess was amazing! I’ve struggled for years to find a stylist who actually listens and doesn’t use thinning shears on my hair. As soon as I sat down, she asked if there was anything specific she should know. I told her my hair doesn’t do well with thinning shears, and she immediately understood exactly what I meant. She gave me one of the best cuts I’ve had in years — super precise, flattering, and exactly what I asked for. She explained everything she was doing, made me feel comfortable the whole time, and genuinely cared about making sure I loved the result. I finally feel like I found “my” stylist. Highly recommend Jess!

My experience was excellent. I was attending a wedding at the Rollins Mansion as a guest on a Saturday evening. I called the Thursday before to make an appointment and the employee I spoke with was professional and very helpful. He found an appointment midday. On Saturday the stylist discussed what I wanted and advised me professionally to hone the look. She added her own vision by incorporating my silver streaks into the flow of the hair around the bun in the back. Super creative!! Thank you!!🙏🏼

Great experience with Georgia! My hair turned out just how I wanted it to. She listened and had good advice to achieve the look I wanted. Atmosphere was fun and relaxing. Great quality for price. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Overall, a good experience. I loved the color of my hair! The girls who helped me were very kind. I did feel a bit rushed at the end when i was getting my haircut and style ( i thought i was going to get a blowout since it was included with the all-over color, but did not. No biggie). I did feel like my hair was dry after the wash. It may be due to the add-on gloss that made it feel that way. I am not sure, I guess i went in with the expectation of my hair feeling soft and being shiny after the gloss. I ended up having to wash my hair the very next day due to it feeling dry or having too much residue at the scalp :/

This was my very first haircut at Salon and Spa W and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Georgia instantly made me feel comfortable and gave me a beautiful trim. Even with the salon buzzing from the holiday rush, she never made me feel hurried and still took such great care of me. I especially loved the relaxing scalp massage and the complimentary paraffin wax treatment. I’m so happy to have found a new salon home with Georgia at Salon & Spa W!
