I asked for a short almond shape manicure — a style other salons refused to do — and they nailed it, exactly how I imagined, with the nail design I brought in. So impressed with the attention to detail and skill! The salon is super clean, with comfortable spa chairs, and a huge selection of nail polish colors. Everyone was friendly and professional, and it really stood out how many customers they greeted by name. You can tell they care about their regulars and create a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a high-quality manicure or pedicure, amazing customer service, and a relaxing, spotless space — this is the place to go. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

2025-08-07Yesterday was my first time at Pro Spa Nails and I’ll be returning back. Off tops the staff was very welcoming. One lady informed me that my nail tech was almost finished and provided me a refresher. My nail tech was wonderful. I believe her name is Jennifer. She was very careful, and executed the design and shape that I wanted. She did not rush and made sure to clean up and minor problems on my nails.

2025-04-25Not only was I over charged for my 6 year olds manicure by $20 (didn't realize til I got home) but for my first time experience ever getting my nails done I can safely say I will never get them done again. Constantly commenting about my nails while doing them was wild. Nothing like rushing a service so you can go home....mind you they were 20 mins past my appointment before my nails were even started. Needless to say my first and last time ever getting my nails done professionally.
