The first set we did today, had some issues with the product, not only did she fix them but she started all over to provide me with a set of nails I was happy with :) There is no other nail salon in Ames I trust besides hers. Been a customer for about 4 years now and even when there is a couple months I am not able to make it in for an appointment, she still remembers me! Best nail salon is Ames by far.
