2025-08-15Rilynn was fantastic!! I’m very picky with my hair as it’s fine and thin. I have a scar and nasty colick on the back of my head. My last haircut was very choppy and the highlights were harsh. She took the time to find out what I was looking for and took into account the bad haircut I came in with. She is great with color highlighting taking into account the out growth and what was left of the bleach highlights. I LOVE WHAT SHE WA S ABLE TO DO!

Tiffany cut my hair to just below shoulder length, thinned it out a bit and put layers in it as well and it feels SO MUCH better! Highly recommend going to see Tiffany at Cost Cutters!!
