I’m a returning customer and have always loved how welcoming and kind the staff are. Especially when I’m just coming off of a stressful workday. The shop is clean and professional. I believe I was being helped by Mai, she is really patient and does a lovely job. If you ever want to get your nails done in the Appleton area, I would highly recommend Pristine Nails!

I've lived all over the US and have visited so many nail salons. Now that we're settled in Wisconsin I'm glad we found Mai. She's so incredibly talented- she's got such amazing attention to detail but still manages to be quick. Her prices are more than fair and her work always holds up. Haven't had a bad experience with any tech at Pristine.

LOVE pristine nails, went there for the first time today and instantly knew I’d be back. All of the ladies here are so nice and welcoming. I’m not a very talkative person and I didn’t feel judged for just sitting down and listening to the rest of the salon. Was reasonably priced as well. I got a regular dip color and it only took about 40-45 minutes. So glad I found this place!

While doing my nails, Mai made sure to check in to make sure everything was perfect. Not only was she super nice and very friendly, I left exactly with what I wanted. I showed her a picture, and she replicated it to a T. I’m definitely going to become a regular, and if anybody needs to get their nails done, I would highly recommend this salon.
