Briller Nails Lounge

I came in for a pedicure with acrylic on the big toes only. The nail tech seemed very inexperienced, my pedicure was not relaxing and was very rushed. Which is why not even a couple of hours out the salon the same nail that was broke that I went in with broke again. I have never had such horrible service! I will be going back in today for this to be fixed. Not only that I paid 80$ for this! Update: I went back in and they sent the same lady to try and fix it who did not know what she was doing yet again and then another young female fixed it and the color. She did okay. I said thank you as I left and no one apologized the entire time or even acknowledged me as I left instead ignored me. I’ll spend my 80$ elsewhere next time.

My time with Briller nails has come to an end. The pricing is ridiculous. I just had a $102 bill for a gel pedicure with French tips, a soak off and a manicure (didn’t get my nails painted, i just wanted the manicure because I’m taking a break from acrylic and want my nails to be presentable). A French gel pedicure is $62???? And a manicure is $30??? And ofcourse i was charged $10 for my soak off so $40 for a polish-less manicure. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up! Yea i see why press ons are the wave now. And on top of that they give a complementary wine and mine had a weird after taste so i asked if i could please have another one and they said no. lol i literally only took a sip, my glass was full and they couldn’t help me out after i spent over $100? And the wine is barefoot. Meaning the whole bottle is less than $10 and can be bought at any local gas station, so it wouldn’t have been a major loss of revenue for them. It’s so sad what is happening to the beauty industry. A lot of these places will end up closing due to their high costs smh

First time going to this place and I won't be going back again. We walked in and it was very busy, not a problem because it is the weekend before school starts. Long story short, the fill in was too thick and the shape of the nails were challenging. I got a pedicure and it wasn't too bad. He did miss a spot or two and he also forgot to put cuticle oil on. A few minutes ago, I realized I have a cut on my foot that I didn't have before I went. I will be watching it closely. I will not be returning to this salon.

Rose and Henry did a great job on my mani/pedi. I only rated 1 - down due to the first nail technician not wanting to do the nail design I wanted how I wanted it. Granted I’m grateful for her honesty but she didn’t even wanna try. Henry took on the challenge and nailed it and Rose pedicure was 5⭐️. I left them both a great tip! I would come back again.

I’ve come here a few times, no issues. Don’t always like what I get but it’s never bad. My issue with today’s visit was a real disappointment. I always go in with a picture of what I would like. I feel like it is the persons job doing my nails to let me know if they are able to do what I am asking for. This gives me the opportunity to decide to stay or go elsewhere. First pic is what I asked for, the second is what I left with b/c I found that the person didn’t understand what I was asking for and also could not copy the design.
