2025-12-18I will rate this nail salon 5 stars! They provide really good and different serves. Not like regular salons, Divine Nail Spa Del Ray/Alexandria is 1 st nail salon that I feel very professional. The nail techs take care their client so much. They always ask clients that they feel comfortable or any need to fix during the service. The environment is fresh as well.

Not only is she immensely skilled at what she does, but she’s incredibly understanding and pleasant throughout the whole appointment. I couldn’t be happier with her and her great work :)

2025-03-30I’ve been here a couple of times before and what I previously experienced was pretty good. I’ve had the same nail tech 2 out of the 3 times I visited, and she did an okay job. Today I went in to get a gel pedi and take the gel builder off of my nails. The technician I’ve had before was also my technician again today; she can be a little pushy when it comes to offering additional services but is always very nice. Somehow she talked me into a fill and color change in addition to my pedicure. My pedicure was really good, however, my gel builder manicure is probably the worst one I’ve had. I was trying to be nice at the salon, but after getting in my car and really looking at them, I noticed every nail is a different shape and uneven, they look thick and bubbly and the paint job is messy. I’m not sure what I paid $134 + tip for. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but I would like it if the salon would make it right.
