2025-10-13The guy did my moms mani pedi great the woman did my toes great but my nails are awful, theyre a weird shape half of them are crooked and she cut several of my fingers and 2 mani pedis came out to over $200 all i asked for was a rounded french tip i pointed out the crooked nails several times asking her to fix them and she attempted too but this was what i left with when i called to try to resolve things because i was unhappy and she wasnt listening day of she lied said they dont do walk ins then admitted they do and she remembers me that she never cut me or she wouldnt have made me pay and that i am a liar who is not allowed back all i wanted was a partial refund because my moms nails were done correctly but i am now disputing the charge with my bank because this is outrageous
