Absolutely amazing is all I can say about our experience. My 6 year old is terrified of haircuts and super sensitive to them. Jessica and the entire staff and customers by the end were cheering him on. Jessica was so patient and kind and went above and beyond to get his haircut. Thank you so much!!

I had my hair cut, brows and nose waxed. I am a customer of Ilda. I purposely schedule all of my appointments with her. She is fantastic, both as a stylist and as a person!! I would give her 100 stars if I could! I highly recommend her. I always walk out of the salon in a much better mood than when I walked in! Thank you Ilda!

Yesterday I had a horrible experience. For starters, I wasn’t really greater properly by my stylist(Ilda) whom I had scheduled an appointment with, and been waiting for. I was very excited to get my hair done. My appointment was at noon, when the store opened. I was asked to wait, so she could cut someone else before me, which I did patiently. Once it was my turn, she washed my hair, the water was very hot…then I sat down in her chair. She proceeded to brush my WET hair, with the worst possible hairbrush, and saying brushing is actually being polite, as she was actually ripping through my hair. Most people know you shouldn’t brush your hair while it’s wet, as it causes damage. Yes, I color my hair, but I take very good care of my hair, clearly as they were already prepared to charge me well over $200 plus for a spiral perm due to my length. I asked kindly for a comb, then she started making other comments to the other stylist about me not trusting her(but I was recommended her, otherwise I would not have been booked with her) and finally she gave me a comb to comb my own hair out. After a few minutes, all three stylists then went to the back room(check your cameras if they exist) and proceeded to gossip, so I took my cape off and went to leave. Alyssa then said she could do it, and I asked if they were going to give me a discount or something for being so disrespectful, because “I can be professional or unprofessional and show my ass too.” I’ll admit my wrongs, will they??? Because my hair is important to me, not just as a person, but spiritually, and to my culture. And I treat people how I want to be treated, but I will also treat you how you treat me. I drive over an hour to get my eyebrows and pedicure done, and tip well. I tip my waiters, converse, and clean up my table. If you didn’t want to take the time to do my hair, you could’ve just said no. But, don’t be rude, and make them feel comfortable. Hopefully, I’ll find a better stylist that would love to take the time to enjoy my conversation, and make me feel comfortable, and appreciate my long hair. Strand test-yes!!! Service-zero stars if I could!!!

Jessica is definitely a one of a kind hair stylist she listens to me and I can talk to her about anything. She always has this unique way of doing my hair which I find so special. I truly mean when I say I've never in my life found a hair stylist like this. Anyone looking for a great hair stylist i recommend Jessica. Jessica made me look and feel so beautiful today, she gave me my confidence in myself back. And it helps me out tremendously feeling comfortable with my hair again with my everyday life. She even cuts my husband Keenans hair the way he likes it. Every single experience I've had at Cost cutters has been special and this place will forever be my go to place. She waxes my eye brows spot on and not having to attempt to wax them myself anymore has saved so much time and has been a blessing! ❤️ Jessica did my hair Halloween themed today and it's so cool! I can't thank her enough for the great job and time and effort she put into my hair today it means so so much. ❤️

Very happy with my son's hair cut. He had a mullet I had trimmed. He wanted a lightning bolt shaved in the side. She did a nice job. While he was getting his hair cut, I had questions about shampoo and conditioner with my recent hair loss due to medicines and surgeries. The other ladies were very knowledgeable about the products. I had experienced some of the same things they had mentioned about a couple products. In all, it was worth the trip.
