The Nail Lounge

It was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I was so impressed! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff made me feel comfortable right away and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The salon is clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and a friendly vibe

I've been coming here for a couple months. They always accommodate my needs. I can look up a style or design for inspiration and Lai always does the best.

Not the greatest experience today. I would say the massage chair was the best part. Nail tech was in a rush from the time she sat down to the time the pedicure was over. She did not take time to properly trim my toenails or remove skin. Massage was very fast and not relaxing relaxing at all. I paid to have gel polish and she didn't even fully polish my big toes and left nail polish on my cuticles. After polishing she filed my toenails again. I have pictures I would like post to show how bad my toenails look. I will not not be back!!

Worst experience ever. I was in the salon for 3 hours. Had one girl working on me for 2 1/2 before the owner took over bc she was taking so long. The owner even looked at them and was disappointed, so she fixed them to the best of her ability. All different lengths, lumpy, and not to mention my 2 year old daughter could have done better on the French tip! Truly the worst set I’ve ever had. AND I paid $75. You cannot charge that much for this quality.

Dipped nails and tips!! I love getting my nails done here, the ladies are so talented. Customer service is nice. They stay up to date with all the nail trends. Great price and quality. My nails last 3.5 weeks. Cost for full set with tips and design varies but I’ve always been pleased with everything I get. Ranges from $60-$100, depending on what I get done. The quality matters because that determines how long they will stay on, which helps me value what I spent. I like their products there. Many brands of dips and gels to choose from: Kiara Sky, OPI, Nu Revolution, Gelish, etc… I don’t know any other shop in the metro with this many options. Pedicure spa is good. I like the Volcanic Spa brand they use. Soooo many to choose from. Ladies that work here are of all backgrounds and accept all. I like that about them. They are very welcoming. The shop has so many plants and is very open spaced. I highly recommend Nail Lounge and their skill experience in the industry. There is no one else like these ladies.
