2025-12-07Kelly did a great job on my nails. I sent her a picture of what I wanted and what I left with was better than the inspiration photo. This was the first time getting my nails done here and I loved it. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a while but I was so happy with the results today. I will be back again for sure!

2025-03-22I have been going to Jody for 8+ years. She has always gone above and beyond for her customers. My mom and I joke all the time that she needs to travel the 2 hours to come to Jody because she always loves my nails and can't find a place she likes where she lives. Jody truly cares for her customers. She spoils us (especially my daughter who had her first nail day with mama yesterday). She was so patient and kind with her. I genuinely believe she's the best nail tech in the Des Moines area. We love her! The whole staff was very supportive and understanding when my daughter wanted to play instead of waiting for mama to be done. They did their best to entertain her and keep her interested. Greatly appreciate that and it's not the kind of service you'd get at very many places. But it's consistently the kind of care I've received while going to Jody. One of the techs once sat and held her for my entire appointment when she was about a year old to keep her entertained and content. They're amazing.

2025-12-01I highly recommend Kelly! She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my mani/pedi. She showed up on a snow day while I was in town to visit family and in a crunch to get my nails done for the holidays. She was so pleasant to talk to and did a great job. I’d be a regular customer if I lived in DSM!
