K-TEC Nails Bar “Virginia Beach”

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. Keke has been taking care of my nails since December 2022, and every appointment feels like magic. Her talent, consistency, and creativity are on another level. The salon is always beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the staff treats you like family. Keke deserves the highest praise—she’s the reason I keep coming back.

Crystal is such an approachable and talented nail tech! She pays great attention to detail and always makes sure your nail inspiration comes together beautifully — often adding her own creative twist that makes it even better. As someone who can be pretty indecisive, I really appreciate her patience and ability to guide me out of my usual French tip comfort zone into trying new, stylish designs that I now love. If there’s ever something I’m unsure about, she’s quick to fix it without hesitation, ensuring I leave completely satisfied. Her pedicures are just as amazing — very precise, and she’s truly a perfectionist when it comes to shaping your nails exactly how you want them. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, creative, and genuinely cares about making your nails look perfect, Crystal is the one to book with!

KeKe is the best! When I first moved to Virginia Beach, I had awful experiences at several salons before trying Ktec on a whim. KeKe completely turned things around—she fixed the damage, got my nails healthy again, and I’ve been loyal to her ever since. Their pedicure options are also fantastic. Definitely give Ktec a try—I personally recommend KeKe!

KeKe has been doing my nails for almost a century at this point & is the best around!!! She’s so easy to talk to and ALWAYS does such amazing work!! She absolutely never misses EVERRRRR!!!!!

Unfortunately my most recent experience was terrible to say the least. In 2024 I came regularly for dip powder nails every month with a nail tech that no longer works there. She always did fabulous work. I had stopped coming for awhile and and returned a few weeks ago for a very special event…my wedding! The nail tech I previously went to had since left so a different nail tech who also specialized in dip powder did my nails. I figured it would be alright since I’d gotten pedicures from other nail techs at that location that were always done well. I was very wrong. My nails looked nothing like the inspo picture I showed the tech. I’ll include pictures of the inspo versus the results. I left the salon thinking I was just being over dramatic but when I looked closer and thought about those nails in my wedding photos I actually started crying. Not a single tear… like boohoo crying. The week of your wedding is stressful enough and that was just the cherry on top. In retrospect I should’ve just asked for the service to be redone, but again it was the week of my wedding I had been dealing with so many things, I was just exhausted. I ended up going somewhere else and getting another set that I was happy with. The nail tech that did my actual wedding nails told me the tech at KTech had over drilled my nails and they were now damaged. Additionally I found later that the pedicure I got there left me with toenail fungus. It’s a story I laugh at now but in the moment I was a very distressed bride. I would say you may have better luck depending on who you get but if it’s something important please don’t take the risk and avoid the pedicures altogether!
