This nail salon is the absolute best place I have ever gotten my nails and toes done. Mike for pedicures is incredible Maria does my nails and she has never missed the mark. She pays attention to detail and is very nice. She also gives amazing massages

Went there today because I couldn’t go to my normal salon, I showed a reference photo when I sat down and ask if the lady could do it and she told me yes. Not only were my nails messed up the nail technician kept moving my hands closer to her every time I would flinch from the pain of the drill. They were acting like they were in a rush trying to do me and my friends nails and charged over 145$. Would not recommend going unless you like to waist your money on going here. I’ve been going to luxe nails since I moved to Boone in 2022. Unfortunately I’ll be going to a new salon after the last few times. I was rushed so bad around Christmas and my nails were so rough under my tips and i was ignored for another regular patient. Next time they were extremely sloppy and not shaped correctly and were lifting off my nails at both ends. And the most recent she burned me multiple times with the file and cut me causing me to bleed. I got gel on my nails and after a few days it started chipping off my nails, my nails started breaking and there are cracks in the nails all over. Super disappointed.

I have never had my nails done before so this was a new experience for me. I felt like she had a huge amount of expertise and wonderful attention to detail, I ended up very impressed. I love getting pedis and this one did not disappoint, I did the deluxe and the hot stone massage, highly recommend.
