Omg Nail Spa

This was my first time visiting OMG Nail. The staff were polite and the wait (walk-in) was short! I got a full set of acrylics with hand drawn designs. The artists worked hard to accommodate what I asked of them and I’m happy with the result! There are a few small (personal preferences) that I would change but overall I’m very pleased with my experience. The results align well with the cost.

Wendy did the best job! She paid super close attention to detail to make sure I had the most beautiful nails.

I am BEGGING yall to never go here. They have multiple sanitation violations that make it a risk to get your nails done here. They reused nail bits on my nails that are intended for single use, and I was SO grossed out. The lady who did my manicure nicked me with the nail drill 4 times because she looked away to talk to coworkers. There was no cuticle work or nail prep whatsoever. While getting my pedicure and trying to relax, the lady doing my manicure decided she didn’t want to wait for my pedicure to be done before she started. So she ended up starting to do my nails on the armrest tray while sitting getting my feet done. Their sanitation with tools looks to be absent. After she got my tips on, unevenly shaped them, and I finished my pedi I sat down at the manicure station and she applied the acrylic powder. There’s acrylic alllll over my skin that was not cleaned up during or after application (very unsafe, can cause irritation and potentially allergies/contact dermatitis) my nail beds have no apex shape to them, they’re lifted, too chunky/uneven acrylic on nail the bed, not the same length, and terribly shaped. Pedicure was decent though, just too waaaay too expensive in my opinion. Avoid at all costs for your safety, and please just go to Luxe nail bar across the street… they’re significantly better and cleaner over there.

These are only a few of the sets I have gotten done by Sunny at OMG Nails! He never turns down an inspiration picture! 10/10 hands down! I started going to Sunny in 2021, and haven’t gone to anyone else since! Super friendly as well!! Located right off of University in Cedar Falls! **last two photos are my inspo pictures and the actual turnout! I wanted them a little shorter than the pictures and glossy, so they look a tad different but still turned out amazing!!

Cindy and jimmy did a great job on our nails. Best Ombré I’ve gotten anywhere in town and my sisters Chrome turned out awesome. Super happy, would definitely recommend!
