I got a full set with a design and the Platinum Pedicure. My appointment was less than an hour and a half, but I feel like I got "Princess Treatment"! Thanks for the best hospitality!

2024-04-18I DO NOT recommend services during PROM. Understandably they are busy, but the pricing is not clear to the customers and they rushed work for the cost it isn’t worth the quality received. They stayed late but that was the business choice in still accepting appointments. As a business if you decide to stay late to make extra money and take care of customers it should be still at the quality of service from the start. Make sure you know how much they are charging for ALL services. They charge extra for the shape of nail, CHROME color, French tip (of course)& more. I’ve had nails/toes done here plenty before and never paid the amount my daughter and friend were charged. Sharing to help educate others on what to expect especially during a busy season so you don’t get blind sighted by added expenses that aren’t typically charged else where or are more clear in the pricing. We did discuss this with the management however they offered a $10 compensation punch card, they unfortunately don’t compare to ROSE NAILS in Kirksville MO I’ll make the drive there moving forward it’s $35 for gel pedicure there I know for sure fast, but quality work. I felt like these girls were taken advantage due to the circumstances of prom and them being by themselves as I trusted them to take care of them appropriately.
