Castle Nails

I came into Castle Nails with a photo of what I wanted, and the results were honestly even better than the picture! The nail professional paid such close attention to every detail—the shape, color, and finish were all flawless. I could tell he took pride in his work, making sure each nail was perfect before moving on. I left with nails that not only matched my inspiration photo, but exceeded it. I’ve gotten so many compliments already, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed going there to get my pedicure. The times that I would go, everyone seemed accommodating and friendly more or less. Unfortunately they failed me deeply this evening. Standards there have lowered for me. Punctuality and customer service seem to no longer be important. I saw other posts to back that up. I made an appointment like many others do. I got in the chair that I was directed to take. I waited patiently 15min (shouldn't need to with appointment). I could see that they were all busy, which is understandable. However, one of the staff comes over to me and says that someone else booked at my time and that they requested a specific person. There was a bit of a language barrier in understanding, but we got there. I asked, "What about MY appointment?" He asked if I could wait another 15min, on top of my unnecessary 15min initial wait. I said, "no." The result was that I felt like they found the other person's appointment and time were more important than mine. It has been a slow burn in general with punctuality there, but this evening's performance really irritated me the more that I thought about it walking back to my vehicle. Good luck with business and I appreciate the work in the past. The work is great, but customer service and punctuality need lots of work. If those are not important to you (potential customers), then this place would suffice.

I ALWAYS get amazing service- traveled to a few other places in Westfield and Indianapolis and Castle Nails in Westfield is always consistently perfect! I love going to them!

I don’t think I’ll ever be going anywhere else! I’ve never gotten a bad pedicure here (the Spa Pedicure is my personal favorite) and my fish manicure is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I was a little worried about asking for something so out of the box, but they ran with it and I had the absolute best experience.
