Lux Nail and Spa

First time here and I absolutely loved it. This might be my new favorite place in Morristown. The variety of colors is great and the quality of the nail work was fantastic. I was kind of left hanging there at the end and just had to assume I was done, but they were also getting busy. Overall it was a great experience!

My daughter, mother and myself have been coming here since they opened and have had no problems today was horrible! We got in right away for two regular pedicures with gel polish and then I was going to have a full set of nails put on this time so I showed the picture to her and she said she couldn’t do so I just selected to do a manicure with gel on my own nails using the cat eye polish. The look like a child done them along with my toes the same lady done mine but my daughter just got a reg pedi and here’s look beautiful done by a different lady! This was my Mother’s Day gift for my trip to Alaska next week! My daughter goes to pay and it was $140 and she tipped $10 as well! When we got to the car I asked what they had charged us this was even the prices they had posted! What a rip off along with all my cuticles cut and bleeding!

Definitely one of the best, If not the best pedi’s I got. I would say they are best for there nail selection and skill in applying nails. Overall an upscale place with great services. 40 minutes out of knoxville and worth the drive. Cindy is a great worker and displayed excellent customer service. Will be returning soon!

By far the best nail experience I have ever had. My nails came out perfect and beautiful, everyone was so nice and welcoming and the salon was extremely clean and beautifully relaxing and so many colors to choose from. Tina was exceptional she did exactly what I wanted and she is a very talented nail technician. I have found my new nail salon and my daughter in-law plans coming with.

CLEAN! And beautiful. I forgot to ask who did my pedicure but she did a beautiful job. The place is very up scale that caters to the customer. The hot stone massage on my legs was great. The owner was very friendly. I was told that everyone is very experienced and it showed. They shaped my nails perfectly. I will be coming back
