2025-12-04First of all, the nail tech Allen was sweet as can be. But the quality of the gel polish they put on my fingernails leaves a lot to be desired. After 6 days of having the gel manicure, most of my nails are chipping, etc. I called the salon, as well as sent an email to request a refund, but they didn’t respond at all until I let them know that I had filed a chargeback with my bank. Then they chose to respond and said that sometimes if you type or their gel light malfunctions, then chipping can occur. I have always had gel manicures and they last between 3-4 weeks. So six days is a complete joke. They offered to redo the nails for free once the chargeback was filed, but I declined due to not wanting to waste my time and worry over future quality issues. The right thing to do would have been to offer the refund as requested for shoddy product quality. Also I brought up that they overcharged me for a gel pedicure when I only did a standard pedicure. The lady at the salon (Hana) wanted to argue with me that I got a gel pedicure- I believe I know what services I booked and received which were a gel manicure and classic pedicure. Completely unprofessional behavior in terms of the owners. It should not have come to me having to file a chargeback. Again, the nail tech Allen was great! No complaint with him, only the quality of the product.

2025-11-16I sadly forgot to ask the guy he’s name, but he did an amazing job. Really happy with the results, be coming back, amazing people. They did it a lot faster that what I was expecting. Will recommended it ☺️

2025-10-02I went in as a walk in with a pretty detailed design on acrylic, I had not been to a nail salon since 2022 and this is by far the best experience I have had. They inspo picture I showed did not have the thumbs in the image which i didn't notice, when I did, I told him to do what he wants as long as it with the theme. The inspo picture will be below a long with the finished look. I am in love with design!

2025-10-03Ruby Nail Bar is a good pick if you want your nails done quick and easy! The service was great, the vibes of the music were good and it was overall a good experience. Me and my boyfriend love the detailing and design in my nails and I’ll definitely be back soon!

2025-08-15Highly recommend this salon!! Extremely spacious, clean environment, and very nice staff here. Peter has done my nails twice now and gave me exactly what I wanted both times for a very reasonable price. Will definitely continue coming in the future!
