Eucy Nails

I've been coming to Eucy once a month since June of this year and really enjoy my results! I always go with any nail tech when booking so I can get the time I want, all the staff is very friendly and talented. My most recent nails are my favorite so far! Only reason for 4 stars is that my cuticles have accidentally been cut/bleed a few times. But otherwise great little spot!

Liz and Nik at Eucy Nails have been my go-to team (sister and brother duo too!) in Indianapolis, and they are truly exceptional. They’re incredibly reliable, consistently welcoming, and their attention to detail is unmatched. Whether it’s a simple clean manicure or a more intricate nail design, they get it right every single time. What I appreciate most is how much care they put into their work — they notice the small things, they take their time, and they always make sure I leave with nails that look polished, intentional, and perfect. Highly recommend them and Eucy Nails!

I used to enjoy coming here but sad to say I won’t be back. I came in and chose a dark brown color for my nails, but when the nail tech started applying the color it came out as a bright yellowish-brown. When she asked me if I liked it I was thrown off since it was nothing like what I thought it would be so I said yes, but the longer I looked at the more I couldn’t stand it. I apologized to her as she was already applying the top coat, and I asked if we could make them darker. She snapped back at me very quickly and aggressively started rubbing off the top coat, which hurt a little bit too considering how quickly she had drilled down my nails and made my cuticles feel like they were on fire. I apologized again and said “that’s my fault” and all she did was apply one more coat and then didn’t attempt to see if I liked them. I was afraid to say anything else without feeling like some major inconvenience even though I paid $75 for something I hated. After that I went to the store and spent more money on my own polish and top coat, and fixed the nails myself at home. This may not have been an important moment for the technician but all I was thinking about the whole time was how I wanted my nails to be presentable for my grandfather’s funeral. You never know what your clients are coming in for, and I will not continue to give my money to a place that makes me feel afraid to ask for nails that I actually enjoy looking at.

I came here because of the good reviews, but unfortunately I won’t be back. I don’t write bad reviews often, but my nail tech seriously messed up by cuticles. I got a dip mani. The dip and shape is great. My cuticles hurt and she had to spray liquid bandaid on my ring finger to stop the bleeding.

Had an amazing experience with Dani. Best pedicure and manicure of my life! she took her time to make sure everything was clean, prepped, and that I understood every step of the process. The salon is about an hour from my house but it’s 1000% worth it! The foot massage was amazing, she made a plan for growing out my natural nails, she kept everything clean, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time!! I got the builder gel mani and it was incredible! I never want to go anywhere else. She wasn’t intimidated by my short bitten nails either! 10/10 GO HERE TO SEE DANI! My before and after are crazy!
